Some of you will have seen we have recently added a search to our website to help you quickly find the answers stored within our FAQ's and blog posts.
If you use IE 7+ or Firefox 2+ you can add our search to your browsers search box by clicking the following link:
To select the Ava search in Internet Explorer 7 click the little down arrow beside the search box at the top right of your screen (unless you've moved it!)
Once you have selected the Ava search your search box should look like this:
Now try and search for something like "install" or "Pay bands"
If you use firefox it works in almost exactly the same way, so I think you'll be fine without almost identical screen shot.
