Event Journal

An Outlook style journal is incorporated for both automatic and manual events.

A journal automatically records contact events and can schedule them for the future as single events or repeated tasks.

Repeat patterns are:

  • Daily
  • Weekly, Week days, selected days of the week
  • Monthly, Day of month, First to last week of the month
  • Yearly

There is a separate journal for each user.

Events can be linked directly to Nurses, Locations or Departments.

Tasks can be created for:

  • One consultant
  • Any consultant (any consultant may clear the task)
  • All consultants
